Excuse my language

Para poder gritar en un shout box "Fuck you, you know. Fuck you three times". El punto va atrás.
Hay cambios, muchos cambios. Los cambios son buenos. Siempre son buenos. Y todo cambio merece ser apuntado.
Tengo nuevo curro.
Llamo y llamo y no contestan. Aunque sí, D, tienes razón, me gusta hablar castellano, or not? no lo sé. Entendéis where I am coming from, mi bagaje, mi background.
Casi lloro ahora.
No me gusta.

"Thank you for breaking my heart".

Link me

Well, here I am. I have been absent for a while. There are millions of reasons why I haven't been here. Work. Social life. Love (?) life. Studies (no, studies not, cos I am right now in my preparation week for my exams and here I am, after such a long, instead of with the Spanish Medieval Literature). But most importantly that I am here, in London, and I live with someone who listens to what I have to say. Moreover (ha) we've got a cat, so I can also speak to her.
I have a list of possible posts. Thinks I thought were interesting and wanted to talk about them. Some of the items have been there for months. Some are from summer 2006, I remember. And today I am rescuing one of them. But it isn't an old thing. It happens that I have been talking about it recently.
You guys know how I love the Internet. And the Wikipedia and Google and Blogger, etc. There are many reasons why liking it: it's new technology, it's the future, we've grown to like it. But one of the real reasons is because I see the web is just like our brains.
How many thoughts can we have at the same time? I don't know, but many. Thousands maybe, but we only realise of few of them, even one, the most important one. Do we actually have thoughts that say "breath!"? I don't know.
When we talk about something there are many ways to get to the point of the story and we have to choose the right one, or the shortest, or the longest, or the most pleasant or the one that avoids saying some stuff the other does not need to know. It's like driving, you have many different ways to get to that city but you chose that road. But there are other things, and you are aware off, and there are things happening at the side of the road, and you chose to stop and look at them, have a meal, buy some mushrooms, or you chose to get home as soon as possible, cook something and order the mushrooms online.
Last Sunday I went with LG and another friend to see Daniel Kitson (wiki-him) at The Hob in Forest Hill. The evening was fantastic but I have to talk about it in TMOT (yes, I know I am very delayed there - so I am here, but seriously). But there was a moment, a joke, that meant a lot to me and to what I am talking here. He definitely thinks the same way as me about this. He said "We don't have a thought - we don't sit and ... hmm, we build one thought, done, let's move on to the next thought" and then he went on talking about all the thoughts he has at the same time when he feels like eating cheese. Yes, that's right. We talk, we think, and there are always things that we can "click" on and go to another place, there are many doors and windows we can open. Doors where we can go and change our thoughts, windows that can just influence us.
So this is one of the most wonderful things of the Internet. We are reading something and suddenly there is something underlined or with different colour - a link, that is - so we click on it and we are reading something else (personally I mostly open it in a new tab, so I don't lose what I had). This is our brain as well, because we are talking about oranges and suddenly our grandfather appears in the middle, and we talk about names, and about your father and the other grandfather, and the house in the village, and the olive trees, and the olive oil, and the Polish bread, and then there is the ice-cream, and the time we were in that square in that city in that country, and how I ate fish, later on that summer, and how I like driving, and how I want to travel again, and how I am scared of flying, but there are always drugs I can take to sleep all the way to South America, but it is too hot, but I really don't want to be there again, and I think I can survive for a week, and so on, and on and on, cos there are always links in our brains.
The funniest is that the night before going to the comedy show, after eating veggie Haggis and drinking Scotch, we had been talking about the new tool: No Links Please!. Seriously, you better get away with some self-control: there are many links on my beloved Wikipedia but I don't click on all of them, only on the ones I am truly interested in (I am a bit like Kyle, though, and I am interested in many things).
When I write in here I try to link to pages I refer. To images. When I post songs as well. I like links, cos they make the Internet more human.

PS I have to update many things in my blogs. Especially the links to YOU. Will do soon. Forgive me if you aren't there. But you are in the links in my brain.
PS2 BTW, if you do want to link me (the post title wasn't about this), you can also use the button I created ages ago. More info here or at the bottom of the sidebar. When I have time I will make a new one, though. Thanks.

PS3 and more important: thank you for all your comments and messages in this blog and the Spanish one. Thanks for being there. Thanks for caring. Thanks for worrying. Thanks for missing me. Really, thank you.

Jeden

Bueno...

Mañana me voy a Londres.

He tirado mucho.

My Wall

Me divierte. Me hace sentir especial.

Estoy enamorado
y muy pronto lo sabrás túuuu túuu.

Pon, pon, pon, ponponporoboro...

Nunca debí haber tardado tanto
en decidir acercarme a tu lado.
Estoy enamorado
y por fin lo sabes túuuu uuuuuh.

What If

Last night I was told that a girl I know had committed suicide. She had killed herself. Hanging.
It is not that I really knew her, because we had shared just like two or three days of our lives together. She was the friend of a friend of my ex. So there were two people between us and we never got in touch after the day she left my flat in London, about three years ago. And I don't even think I ever asked about her, nor she did about me, I guess.
But the think I remember of her is that she was a fine lady. Just one year older than me, working for a big international company, married and with a one year old child. She seemed just fine in her life. Just great. The friend does not know what happened. No one seems to know. What do we know? We know nothing about the people we share moments with. I don't think I am the kind of guy who would do such a thing (you never know, do you?) but I could just be killed tomorrow in a car accident and what then? This words would be hanging here for a period of time, till Google decided to remove them. I would be erased under no choice. Under no question. And you... you'd have your TTTD feed on your Google Reader and it wouldn't shine, it wouldn't tell you I am alive. So you wouldn't notice. You would just be some people who happen to know a bit about a person you know nothing about and you couldn't care less. Well, some of you've got my contact details. You'd probably get worried sometime, send an email, make a phonecall or two, write home and even take a train here. I am super optimistic. Who would do that? Huh? Oh, well, I know Who and I'd do the same. But I guess I need just a couple of fingers to count them.

The reason I decided to talk about that is not cos I want to let you know what I want for my funeral (all profit organs out and the rest burnt and dumped anywhere, at the Thames or sommin'), it is because of a convo I had long ago with one of that Who's above.

Death. I am not really scared of Death. I'm scared of what comes straight before and straight after. What comes before is the act of dying. The how and the when and the why. You can guess why I am scared of that (since I am scared of so many things). But what comes afterwards? Who knows. But I don't care about if God happens to exist (cos if S/He/It does, is so super good that would forgive me for my "sins", sins that, on the other hand, have been described as such by humans, not really by God him/her/it-self, so p'aps S/He/It will not even think they are sins --- or whatever) or if I reincarnate, or just "end". What I am scared about is the fact that I will regret something. I don't mean my deeds and dones. I mean my didn't-do's, actually. I mean the fact that I haven't written a line in over a month. The fact that I was suposed to end that story by the end of this month of August, that it had to be finished off by the 15th so I had time to correct it. The fact that I haven't finished the other two important stories of my life. The fact that I hadn't done things that I should have done before, I haven't said things that you wanted me to say but I told you I couldn't tell them, I haven't listened to the music I need to listen, I haven't read all the books I intended to, I haven't watched and shared with you the films and plays that my heart is demanding for, I haven't learned all the words and facts and things I intend to. And so many of those things.
I even didn't get a proper kiss from you.
I haven't got a "forgive me" just yet.
I couldn't let you know how much I love you.
I wouldn't hold your hand and press it to my chest, so you'd know I fell for you.
I... just... I just have so much to do.
But what is worse, what I would really regret, is being such a lazy cow. I am crying now while I could be writing that story, or studying, or jumping on a train to hold you hand, or taking a plane to tell you how much I miss you, or just fucking playing that tune out loud and sing myself dumb.
Or just stepping out and feel the fresh air.

I'll start with that.

Querido conductor del coche de atrás (y el de delante en ocasiones, y hasta el de al lado –arriba y abajo no porque sería algo incómodo en ocasiones);

Tú tienes prisa, ¿no? pues yo no, yo quiero llegar a casa sano y salvo.

Z to A

Last August I talked about the movie "יוסי וג'אגר" ("Yossi & Jagger"), an Israeli movie. I don't remember if I ever talked about "يد إلهية" ("Yadon ilaheyya" or "Divine Intervention"), an Israeli-Palestinian film. But certainly, those are two movies that have become quite important for me, for different reasons.
The other day I posted the עברי לידר (Ivri Lider) version of the song "The Man I Love", certainly my favourite of his, but not the only one I like, because I love "אוב" ("Bo" or "Let's" aka "Come" [just found this English version]) and I also love "דרפס" ("Sfarad" or "Spain").
A couple of weeks ago I met this Israeli guy and I had so many questions for him. It was very interesting, very educative.
Last night I went to watch "Der Golem, wie er in die Welt kam". It is a German movie that talks about the golem, a mythological Jewish creature. I have to say that the movie was great, very interesting indeed and I'd like to watch it again but with someone who would explain every reference I see. The movie is silent, but last night it was accompanied by the improvisation of 2UT's experimental, New-Age music. I loved the evening. Thank you Sister for taking me. (Unfortunately, in this town, cultural events like this one do not succeed, plus it was pouring rain).
And, if you remember, I love the song "Wędrowni sztukmistrzowie", by Justyna Steczkowska (Album "AlkimJa"). [BTW, the lyrics of this song tell of how God is amused by clowns and magicians. Many things that happen in last night's movie reminded me so much of this album and, especially, this song.]
Also, I have talked few times about Тату (t.A.T.u.) and used Cyrillic and Greek alphabets (OMG, I am such a freak).

So all this to "justify my love" to the Hebrew/Jewish, Arab and Russian culture. And, last night's movie, made me to decide myself to write this post, which I have had in mind for a while.
All the languages that I speak use the Latin alphabet. English uses it plainly, without any "special" characters. Spanish and Catalan have different characters such as the ñ and the ç as well as diacritics such as the accents (àá) or the Catalan interpunct (l·l). But those characters are mostly found in any computer. In high school I studied ancient Greek and it was a mess when I wanted to write something with the computer. But also I have tried to learn Polish which uses other diacritics and characters such as ł or ż. This are not that easily found and even in their computers the have to use the AltGr key (for the Spanish-French-Galician-Portuguese-Catalan characters we use a separate key for characters and the combination of two keys for diacritics, i.e. ´ + o = ó), so it appears to be quite uncomfortable, but at least it is just few different characters.
If you try to search, say, caña in many search engines such as Google or Flickr, you'll see how it becomes "cana", which is a different word in Spanish (if you place inverted commas before and after the word, it will work in Google). So España has become Espana. I am "Espanol". When I was a child I envied my sister for having an acute in her name (such a geek I am, you see); now I am happy I don't, because if English-speaking people have trouble pronouncing my name (so I have to let them call me with its translation), imagine if it was something that they didn't know and if it had a little line on top. I'd be mad all the time I saw my name written.

Now, imagine if your language uses a writing system totally different to English. Imagine that you write right to left, or top to bottom. Imagine that the characters you use mix to become different characters (something similar to æ). And imagine that the "future" (i.e. computers, Internet and informatics science) does not make it easy for you to use your language.
This is what millions of people deal with every single day.
I love my languages and I really love English. I know I always say how great is this language. I know I am absolutely fine with the fact that this is the language used as lingua franca (my good friend LG, who is English-speaking, dislikes that). But also, I must say how unfair it is for those whose language cannot fit in this World Wide thing. We, users of Latin alphabet (with extensions), can cope with it, with the centralisation of the Internet by English Language.
Some day, all those languages will start using this letters I am using now. I don't mean just in the Internet, to go by with it, I mean as standard. Macedonian people are already using it (not widely though).
Linguists say that in a century from now there will only be 3 languages around the world: English, Spanish and Mandarin. I think Arabic will be there too (and I hope so because I want to learn it), but I also am sure that the last two will be using the Latin alphabet.
I know it is going to seem very incoherent, but I am fine with the usage of only this alphabet. Relations would be much easier, indeed. I don't speak Flemish, but at least I can read it (somehow), distinguish words and find streets. I don't speak Arabic and I can't do any of the previous things. With Hebrew and Cyrillic it is easier, but still.

When I uploaded the albums of Ivri Lider to my iTunes, I wrote the songs in Hebrew, in its Transliteration and in its translation to English. It was difficult because every time I was copy-paste-ing something, the order of characters were altered, i.e. since Hebrew writes right to left, it would mirror the word, so עברי לידר would become *רדיל ירבע.
That Israeli guy I met, told me that when using MSN or such, he had to keep shifting from Hebrew to English keyboard layout and that his conversations would appear on the right side even when writing in English (with question maks and such before the sentence, e.g. "?How are you").

I don't really know what is the point of all this. I don't know what I want to convey. What I know is that this is very unfair. If Internet had born in Morocco everything would be totally different: I think it would be easier for any other language.
Computers are the future, and computers are supposed to made our life easier. When is it going to start making everybody's life easy?

Change me

Lately we all have been talking about Ecology, Global Warming and the freaking End of the World. And you know what? I have had enough. It is pouring rain right now. Pretty common in April. Yeah, well, it was warmer last winter, so what?
I have already told you about those great documentaries about Europe. And watching them I arrived to a conclusion that was taking too long to be achieved. Something that was in my mind, something that was said, but never realised.
As per what I remember when I studied Latin, when I first learnt about the IndoEuropean people, there was a climate change some good four millennia ago. That climate change made those people move from the Siberian steppes on a diaspora around Europe; that ended up being the birth of over hundred languages around Europe and Asia. Since this is what I am interested in and what I want to study, I don't think that Climate Change was that bad, do you? There are theories of connections between languages in Europe and America that could have been done during that last glaciation 2M BC crossing over the ice. Also, the fact that Homo Sapiens was first born in Africa. How did they crossed to Europe? Was the Mediterranean sea dry at the time (since it has dried out several times)?
Also, the documentary tells of how the African tectonic plate is pushing towards Europe and some time in the future we will become one and only continent. Then, why not accepting the application of Morocco as an EU member state? Also, they explained how Europe has gone through different climates from North Pole Winter to Saharan Summers. This has happened ever since the Earth was formed.
Yeah, right, this time is different because of the impact of humans. I am just saying but, don't you think it is possible that that's not the actual reason? I am just saying, because we always tick-tack-talk theories of what has/would/should-happen/ed. Who the heck are we?
An acquittance of mine, who is a biologist, said to me once: If Mother Nature wanted to get rid of us, she'd do it on a blink! If She hasn't do so just yet, it is because either She does not want or She is just too bored to do so. It happened once with the dinosaurs, it can happen again.
I am not saying "Oh, well, then, we can't do anything wrong, let's built everything and kill every specie we don't like". I am just saying what if the the so-called Global Warming is "normal", what if it has to happen?

If so, England is going to grow on wine châteaux.

PS Once again, this is not all what I wanted to tell. The wetness of this country blurs my mind.

Be water

Y yo me pregunto, ¿qué ganamos?
¿A qué estamos jugando?
Yo nunca lo he dudado. ¿No hemos aprendido todavía?

Trabaho

As I said on my Spanish blog, I am now unemployed. Things happening, changes being expected. But let's talk business. Busyness.
I am a quite active person. I like to lay down and do nothing, look at the sky, watch the clouds go by, think, watch people walking by..., but I need things to do.
Previously I posted a song about leaving everything and starting over. There is something that may seem very silly but is very important to me. Tracy Chapman wrote: "You and I can both get jobs / and finally see what it means to be living". This could be taken as two different objects, e.g. 1 + 1 = 2, the car and the house, etc., or the second part being the consequence of the first, i.e. we get jobs, ergo we know what it means to be alive.
I chose this second interpretation. Especially for this post.
On New Year's Eve, already a long time ago, I made an unwelcomed toast. We were wishing each other's happiness, and I went "for a new year full of love, trips, bla, bla, job...". Everyone went "what you talking about?", all but the Argentineans that were with us. Later I understood why they didn't: they came thousands of miles to get a job they can't get over there. They all work and haven't been unemployed for more than a week since they arrived (well, all but a guy who thinks is a Bohemian, and even thinks he speaks English, bravo man). The ones who complained: white, Christian-raised Spaniards. And the fact that they were all raised Catholic (other religions are very uncommon in Spain) bugs me a lot. Isn't that religion that tells about the hard work along life to be rewarded after death? Anyway, let's not talk about that, lets keep talking about work.
I believe work is what you are, it is a part of yourself. Even if you are doing something you don't like, you don't enjoy, it is something that belongs to you. Be careful: it belongs to you, not you belong to it. This could happen only if you are doing what you REALLY want to do.
It took me ages to understand that I shouldn't take job problems personally. It took me ages to accept that I could fight or even hate working with a colleague, and then, after the bell has rang, go to have few pints/glasses of wine with him/her. That I dislike how a person works does not mean this person is a bad person, and vice versa.
And now, I don't have a job and waiting to take a plane –this is taking too long– and I fill my days trying to study and doing little things of my to do list. I try to get busy, because I like busyness.
If my job is a part of me, and I don't have one now, I have lost a part of myself.

trabajo.

The tiniest change

No sabía qué debía hacer y cometí algunos errores. Y ahora estoy en paro. ¿A qué me dedico?

He llegado, estoy llegando. Siempre me quedará septiembre.
No estudié y he sacado muy buena nota. No quiero alardear, sólo quiero ejemplificar. Hablo inglés y no he aprendido casi nada en academias.

All what we need

Relationships... Why are they so difficult?
I have asked that many times but, still, no response has ever convinced me.
Why the heck we are so complicated? That's a better question, because relationships are easy peasy, or are they?
This morning, while sipping on my café con leche, I found myself being stared at after my two cents of what life really is. Yes, we were talking, I don't remember what about, and I, suddenly, uttered some words that they weren't expecting me to utter: we are here, in this world, just to create life, to bear children; just like any other animal. Then I sipped my coffee and saw all those pairs of eyes looking at me like if I had just said the unbelievable story of how I went around the world in eighty days, walking. One of the girls opened her eyes and said "So, we aren't doing well" (none of us has children). I am gay, so it is quite difficult I have children of my own. Yes, I do want to have children, I have even picked names up, but, you know, not just yet (unless you finally marry me). My mother had my sister when she was my age. My sister is eight years older than I am and she hasn't had any children yet. She is married, though, not that it matters, because Mother Nature does not know about marriage. Mother nature does not seem to know many of the things we do, daily. Or does She?
Why are we so fucked up?
That's the real question. We think that we know everything, every step. But we don't. Not at all. Not even the smallest hint of it. We can't even imagine how life could be, so fucking great, if we let ourselves alone.
The other day I was speaking with a friend and we were talking about this relationships' deal, what else. We talked about her ex and how bad he must had felt when they last saw each other, at a big party, where she was enjoying herself. Hmph? Are you sure, dear? I said she wasn't right. Men are so simple and don't go saying: "Oh, look at her, she is having fun, how I miss the times when she and I were together and she was happy, not like the last months, when it was all grumpiness in hour home." No, that's not something a man would say. Slightly thinking about that, well, perhaps. But actually saying that? No way! We are easy, simple, and we like it that way. Of course, there are some exceptions, like in every single rule: some men are (we are), let's say, different. Well, let's talk clear: some of us have a wicked mind and go thinking and re-thinking about everything once and again. Why not saying it, some of us think about relationships like a woman would do.
Jorge Bucay said: the best way to answer to "I love you" is by saying "And I feel loved by you". I thought that was both clever and true (because not all true things are clever). It is so difficult to answer to those very difficult words, you know that as well as I do, and whatever you chose to answer, will be a mistake. Because if you say "Me too" it just sounds so forced, so fake, that you wish that a Acme branded anvil fell on you to avoid the situation; and if you answer "Oh, thanks".... well... you know what happens then, don't you? I have said that, and I felt so bad. Bad is not the word.
Bucay also said in some other book that the we should acknowledge the other's love. I mean, that we should never expect others to love us as we love them. Imagine we can measure love: if X loved Y 80L (out of hundred; L being the measurement of Love) and Y love X back 60L, that shouldn't be a problem if X needed 60L to be happy and Y needed 80. Because loving more or loving less than what you NEED (note, I said NEED, not WANT or WISH) is bad.

Relationships... yes. They are weird.
Sometimes I just feel like I am a clementine and my "better half" is an orange. So we don't match.
Is that what really happens? Is that I am different (or he is)? Or is it just that I am having too high expectations.
Why do we always expect so much of our partners? Why don't we just accept them as they are? Are we giving them what they expect of us? And in case we are not, why the hell did God give us Language? If I need... whatever... and... whoever... isn't giving it to me, why aren't I asking for it, I mean, with words?
Alanis sings "would I be whining if I said I needed a hug?"
Would I?
Why are we so scared of telling what we really feel? Why are we keeping that shell of us? To protect from what others can do to us or to protect what we can feel? Is it Love what we are protecting ourselves of? What is Love, anyway?

What is it?
Do we really need it? Does it make us breath?

Perhaps. Perhaps it does. "Love is all you need".

Listen Carefully

[Lately I've been very disperse and I have posted many things at a time. This has been for my own personal situation, of course, and because I've been quite away from here. Before I used to blog from work but this summer I've been off work and now, at my current job, I don't use a computer. Imagine, I miss blog-reading every morning first thing. So, since I don't come that often, I write all what has been bugging me in the same post. I am going to try to keep only one subject at a time, now. But this is going to be a short post.]

I am late, I know. This is about the Pope Benedict XVI. We all already know what he said, right? Briefly, he said that 'his' God isn't as violent as other's. I didn't hear the proper words, so maybe I am mistaking in what he exactly said, but what he meant is that Catholic religion is best.
I have always "hated" when people has made statements as they were facts. I do them, as well, as I am human. You can read back. Though, I really try not to do them.
I have already talked about how I don't like how people uses the word "important", "normal" or actually any statement that does not go with the "my point of view" or such, part. So, that's why I am not going to say HOW WRONG was the Pope. Yeah, I am saying he was wrong and this is an statement. But, c'mon guys, you are with me, right? Actually, he, the Pope, is with me.
Why I came today (today because I didn't have time the last few days) to talk about that is because he said, when he gathered with the heads or people representing other religions in Italy (or something like that), that they have to find a way to accept each other's religions and to get closer.
I really couldn't help it laughing.
Come on, only the fact that there is more than one religion would already make me think that somehow we are doing something wrong. Listen, I am not saying at all that God does not exist, because she may or may not exist, but it isn't my business to decide so. This is something we all feel. What I am saying is that religion has to be totally wrong. This is my opinion.
What is obvious and I have heard saying to many religious chiefs, is that there is one God, how it is called is something else. So, OK. Let's say I accept the existence of God (whether I do or not, is only my business as it is only your business if you do or don't), fine. Then, what then, even the religions that have the same God are different. Because, the Jews, the Catholics, the Protestants, the Anglicans, the Mormons... don't they actually have the same God? Because saying that Catholic God and Islam's God is the same is harder to believe, because the difference between "religions" (note the inverted commas, i.e. not Faith; note the capital letter) is something man-made. Absolutely. Faith is Faith and it is only in the within of each one of us. Religion is just like the skin.
So, OK, I was saying I accept that God exists. Fine. Then, what religion should I follow? This is where I realise that religion is something I don't need.
Right now, many Muslims around the world are celebrating Ramadan. I will have to wait a few more months until Lent. I don't eat much meat, but I should not eat meat on Fridays. This is quite common in the UK. Here in Spain, not at all, only Good Friday.
Why is that? Why does "my" God (I say my because I grew up in this society, it could have been any other) let me eat anything and "my neighbour's God" does not? Wasn't the same one?
I am not going to start speaking about the whys of the differences between religions, i.e. not eating pork, cow; fasting, Ramadan, Christmas, Hanukkah... Just check the Wikipedia or any other source.

Ufff... it is being very hard to explain myself.
I don't mean to insult anyone, of course, when I say that religions are wrong. My thoughts are clear: Faith is Faith and your Faith should never interfere with your social life or any other aspect of your life. What I am trying to say is that your Faith should stay in your house and don't ever let that create a fight between you and your friends or neighbours. This has happened. Even between members of a family.
And what is worse: I have a friend who died because his religion didn't let him have an operation. hmph... [no words].
What I also want to say is that, if in any case we should have a religion we should have ONE. (I won't discuss the Social Work they do –as opium–, not building things, that they do as well, but this isn't the most important.) What we should do is unify them. Yeah, right, I am against Globalization, almost for anything. But, hey, if this is supposed to be a truth de facto, a dogma, why is it regional? Why it isn't de jure? Idon't get it.

Well, I don't know if you have understood me. But I must go now.
I don't know if I have understood myself. But I am hungry.
T-time.

"Do you feel guilty for being so good looking?" 2a parte

"Do you feel guilty for being so good looking?"

Me dijo.
(Yeah, right!) ¡Vamos, hombre!" ¿Me seguís?
Thank you guys!
Sólo me siento mejor.
Hacer... suspender... ¿Inteligencia? Mañana me voy al gimnasio en vez.
